It's been awhile since Skyrim that I really had an affinity for a video game. Even though Skyrim had weak storyline flaws and there were way too many "fetch and go" side quests, it still provided a huge amount of freedom giving the player the power to play it according to their own idea of how a video game should be.
Waiting with great anticipation for the new STARFIELD, twenty-five years in the making, I still needed to find something suitable to occupy my time before the September launch date.
Not taking anything away from the Mass Effect trilogy but after playing one and halfway through two, I got frustrated of having to do missions I really wasn't ready for yet and ended up dumping the whole thing. It just ended up like too much busy-work and controlled
So I played both Witcher 3 and Elden Ring with much delight as both were excellent, and One-person format.
I just found the Assassins Creed, Origins and much to my surprise it became the source of entertainment value I've been looking for. Within 20 minutes only into the game I found any myself saying out loud "I LOVE THIS GAME"
If flaws exist frankly I haven't found any yet.
