Miranda Cosgrove should stick to sitcoms. She is not a movie actress. Yikes
Not only is her acting completely disingenuous, the writing and plot doesn't do her any favors.
I couldn't get passed 10 minutes of this movie. Maybe Netflix should stick to actually taking more than a week to create a movie. Quantity does not equal quality. Seriously just one flop after another. Pretty dumb what streaming services are doing to the movie industry.

It was a decent read.
Do I regret reading it? No
Did it blow me away? No
The main thing that bothered me is it took over halfway into the book for anything to really happen, and the ending felt extremely rushed. What's the point of building all that suspense, and then falling flat with the ending.
It was basically "This person got murdered, this person got arrested, and then everyone went home. The End."...
The ending would have been more satisfying if the author had written another 15 pages or so to properly wrap things up.

The dialogue is so bad 🤣 who came up with these scenes? The main girl is so cringey. There were some random scenes that didn't really have any sort of flow to them. The last 10 minutes of the movie were better than the first 90 all put together. I wish they would've tried harder creating a foundation for relationships, and doing better with the plot for the whole thing.
