I was reeling from this book for several days after I finished it and it still gives me chills at how high the likelihood of it coming to pass may be. I have enjoyed all of Ken Follet’s books and I believe I’ve read everyone of them but this one hit me the hardest. I agree with some of the reviewers that the story line was a bit disjointed at first - but that disjointedness is what makes the story and it’s outcome so awfully powerful. It demonstrates how seemingly totally disconnected events can tip a domino which then topples into an unfathomable conflict. A MUST read!
