Bugs haven't killed this title; don't let the vocal minority ruin it for you before you play.
CP77 has some technical issues that are being worked out in real-time, as is often the case with new titles. It likely won't run well on any original last-gen consoles, but that shouldn't be hard to discern from the visuals. Runs perfectly well on my PS4 Pro, and I imagine it does just as well on a relatively high-end PC.
It will continue to be patched and updated, but it's playable in the meantime. I've sunk over 40 hours into it in the five days since release, and at no point was I overwhelmed by the flaws. It's crashed, it's hung, it's randomly populated areas after I entered them, but none of those issues killed the experience for me. Still has a great story, visuals, combat and progression.
If you want a absolutely polished game, wait a year or so until all the DLC has been released, all the patches have been finalized and the whole thing is on sale for a reduced price.
If you want to get in now just to complain about how the game was rushed because CDPR wanted to avoid further delays which had already upset the fanbase, knock yourself out.
