I must say this book can be dangerous. Nietzsche elaborates fundamental principles beyond good and evil to awaken readers to take a closer look at what they believed. At the end of the chapter, you can possibly be lost to understand inherent meaning of Nietzsche's words or having your eyes wide opened and clear. Take a read and contemplate each chapter. The book helps me to find and utilize my potentials to reach virtues, meaning and purposes. He believes that each individual has virtues that drive them into gaining power until they become unstoppable. He even foresees even for us to reach our potentials, and that we have to pay the price for standing against the herd, and in this society, it is not easy. The Will to Power serves as also philosophy and self-help. It also serves me great insights about to become 'Ubermensch'. This book may not be for everyone, but anyone interested in searching and working their flaws, I recommend you read this. Thought provoking but eye-opening.

A thought-provoking book it is. A dialogue between a philosopher and a young man represents the wise and the curious. The young man asked critical questions and the philosopher answered them with an extensive wisdom. I, as a reader, not only was led by the discussion, but also seeing both arguments with strong counter points that eventually stimulated me intellectually. Although the writer tends to focus on one approach from Adler, I still did not grasp the idea why the philosopher heavily relied on Adler's views. Nonetheless, this is a great book to stimulate your thinking of ideas to be truly happy and also deepen your thoughts of baselines why people become who they are, how we should be content and confident to negate feelings of inferiority. Everyone can have feelings of inferiority, it's normal to feel inferior with the things we are incapable of. What matters is to what extend such feeling should affect us humans so that we do not have it developed into a 'complexity'. I enjoy the reading of "Courage to Be Disliked". A book that I definitely will reread in the future in times of confusion.

This is one of those self-help books that does its job. Bianca writes to send us a message that the scars we had from the past do not weaken us, rather they symbolise our strengths and evidence we survived those dark days. The book helps you through to embrace the pains we suffered. Instead of being ashamed, we are empowered to be humane. It is okay to have scars, we outgrow our hardships and that makes us who we are today.

This is the first book of Brianna Weist I read after I head many positive reviews about it. I must say I am hooked by each page and I could relate all the words Brianna put about self-sabotage and insecurities we have inside. I am impressed by the way Brianna put everything into words: easy to comprehend, relatable, and mostly profoundly touching. I managed to reach Chapter 7 and do not want to end this book so soon. Brianna does not only elaborate the 'mountains' but also she provides some practices for us to follow through into the 'inner healing'. I have adopted some of her advices into my daily journaling, and it has been helpful for me to cope with all the traumas and grief I had not dealt with for a long time. I just recovered from depression two years ago and now I've been starting over my life. The things that I did to improve my mental health, my self love and respect, and how to be invincible for the way I am, thankfully they are aligned with some aspects in this book. Now, I need to do the rest of self-reflection of what I'm missing and needing to work on further. In conclusion, "The Mountain is You" is profoundly moving my mountain. I get to put a lot of work to move it awaaay from me so that I can finally liberate myself gradually from self-sabotaging. Thank you Brianna.
