Jerry Leach – Google

I love westerns, so I’m really a roped in watcher and an easy audience. This movie actually had so much good going for it in the scenery, costumes… even the plot line was stretched but useable. The dialogue was just plain awful! I’m thinking even the actors were hampered by the banter between them. I’m not even gonna mention the farce of a 12 year old walking and keeping up with horses seemingly for untold miles….. maybe even a little over the edge killing, didn’t really help. SO so sorry if was such a swing and a miss, it coulda been much better.😢

You probably need to watch this movie twice to really get it. I kept pulling for a happy ending until each of the main characters lines actually revealed their true individual meanings. So possibly it was a topsy turvy happy ending after all…… Both lead actors were noteworthy in their pulling this off as was the entire filming production. The six years of various highlights in the relationship was seamless. A little deep for me but none the less, compelling.

I can only imagine that great series finals are really hard to do when the expectations are so demanding. Curb was just that, with probably a 50/50 chance to win approval. Larry, with a little help from his friend Jerry, hit this one out of the park! The portrayal of Larry and his loopy friends can only be described as “ living live” as one reviewer said. Larry and Jerry again proved in their world,there’s no lessons to be learned…..only society to challenge……and moving on.
