How and why did AFRICA allow Europe and the WESTERN world get them underdeveloped and what visible effort and solution and they making towards changing this situation?....we all seem to know our problems but have no idea on how to solve them. we are quick to blame others for our misfortunes,we allow others climb and ride us and complain when they take advantage of us and even after complaining, we do nothing to change our uncomfortable position in history
