I grew up with this show, legit surreal to see it again, this theme song is drilled into me and my brothers head. My mom is a die hard TMNT fan she adored the original 1987 run. My dad not so much. This show is near perfect. The four main turtles are extremely fleshed out even more than their tropes. ‘’Leo = Leader’’ ‘’ Doni = Brains of the team’’ ‘’ Raphael = Angry dude’’ ‘’ Mikey = Comic relief ‘’ this show shows us different sides of all these boys. While keeping their main themes. Such as Raphael being soft, and Mikey actually having some emotional moment this show isn’t just. Haha look at these silly goofy turtle dudes. It can get a little dark at times, but I think this show is perfect for kids 5-10. But anyone of any age can enjoy the character arcs, and emotional moments, and antics of this four turtles, and their friends. :)
