I would give this more stars if their customer service wasn't such garbage. I purchased the download for $80 Canadian, and it was for my grandpa. so I set it up and brought it out to his place (no internet, lives in the bush) and it kicked it him out every two weeks. Contacted customer service and they said it has to be connected at all times to the internet. So I asked for a disc replacement for him and instead of being helpful, they simply charged me $65 for the replacement and ignored my concerns about paying so much for the same item. Overall $140 for a simple flight simulator was ridiculous
