[NO SPOILERS] This was a great movie, and I like what they did with it. I just saw it in theaters an hour ago. Usually the first movie is always better than the second (and objectively more iconic), but I’d say this movie was definitely not far regarding greatness from the first. First off, the pacing was definitely good. Second of all, the animation was just bodacious, meticulous, and flawless. The writing is great, too. I feel that this movie was intentionally made for Us (capitalized) at the time that it was. The reason for this is that we have all grown up. Anyone who’s seen and actually comprehended/took in the first movie around the time that it came out has grown up. Pixar’s delivery of this movie was seemingly meticulously planned, and I love it. There are many relatable aspects of this movie. This movie is unequivocally worthwhile, and I am 13 years old as I am currently writing this review. Thank you for your time.
