Disappointing on so many levels. Grandma picks up a space age gatling gun and kills a bunch of bad guys. Uncle flies a beetleship with no pilot experience. Blue Beetle is sapped of all of his power but then gets mad and wallah, he is powerful again. There is just so much ridiculousness (and I don't mean humor) that this movie just fails to entertain. DC universe had so much going for it with the Justice league cast of Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, and Gal Gadot. Even Black Adam with the Dwayne Johnson was promising. I was skeptical but wanted so much to like this new direction of creative leadership My skepticism has proven to be accurate .Too many egos got involved and they destroyed a successful franchise that had much more depth to explore. At this point, I really don't see how the DC Universe will recover. Save us Aquaman 3, you are our only hope!
