I know many people say it was not quality and that it wasn't accurate to the book; but this is one of my favorite movies I think I've seen! As a kid me and my friends would always imagine we had superpowers, and we'd always come up with some cool story line to follow. So I have always looked for a cool movie that brought those dreams to life. Many movies have superpowered kids in them, but they barely ever show them using their powers. But this movie checked all my boxes regardless of what others may think. There was great animation for the powers, a few amazing technical ideas in the story such as the color class and the different "camps", and just enough romance and sad twists to make it feel like a true struggle for the characters. I can't wait for the second one and neither can my friends!
