It took me some reading to know that the three arcs were three different storylines, instead of one continuous story. Tsuneki's arc was the most promising, even saw a clip of that from Youtube before I found this anime. Resetting the plot on ep. 5 takes away the buildup and development from Tsuneki's arc and somehow made the two other girls boring by comparison, considering the exciting assertiveness of Tsuneki's character towards the MC.
