if this show had no connection to breaking bad i would never have watched it. edit: no spoilers just general information so dont worry the entire show literally nothing is happening. its not like breaking bad at all which had a slow build up of a man on a mission who would stop at nothing to get what he wanted. This show is more like the day-to-day life of a underpaid lawyer who occasionally gets involved in criminal affairs. its more like mad men in the later seasons with less costume design. Nothing really happens. 2 episodes of breaking bad are equal to 2 SEASONs of this. the only nice thing is seeing all the old characters again and some talented new ones but thats about it. when the characters get killed off i feel nothing. the harrasing of howard is petty and lame. the use of nacho was underwhelming. the whole deal with chuck and the phobia i feel was unnecessary. And then there was SAUL the main character himself who plays the role perfectly but unlike walter white his character never changes as an individual. he is still pretty much the same guy in episode 1 compared to 5 years later. honestly the fact that people like this shows how damn awesome breaking bad must have been if people were willing to let something like this slide. the show gets 2 starts and thats only because of the great acting from familiar faces and some talented new ones too. apart from that this show is a 1 or 0 i would just have never taken the time to watch all of it
