Timothees portrayal of young King Henry is absolutely memorable. I would call his acting almost minimalistic, but extremely deep and credible. What a rare gem!!! Can't wait to see him in more serious roles like this. He immerses in the peacekeeper character of young Henry, and shows maturity beyond his age as he is able to stay calm and focused in the face of betrayal, mockery by the French prince and in front of the French princess at the end when she questions his sound judgement about opening war on France. All I have to say is that his acting dominated the movie and I want to watch it over and over again!
