Quite disappointed. There are so many things wrong with this movie it isn’t funny. So similar to hook and Pan but so many missing iconic parts. Peter Pan has been remade into so many times and different adaptions, I get that, but if you are going to make it along the story line of one of them, you can’t go messing around with it too much it just doesn’t work. Start of movie is disappointing not much story line jumps right into Peter finding Wendy and brothers and they leave. The iconic kiss thimble scene was messed around with big time. They don’t fly through the Big Ben to get to never land like they do in this movie so that was weird. Peter Pan was a disappointment, hook and smee were also a big disappointment. The “lost boys” well, that is no longer as they are just “lost kids” now due to being girls and boys. No ticking clock in the crocodile. The “lost kids” home…. Well wasn’t expecting that to be the way it was either. The effects on the movie are quite poor considering we are in 2023 things should look way more realistic, plus so much more wrong with this movie. Over all if there were no other Peter Pan movies, and no books on it, it would be an alright movie with poor effects at times. But since it isn’t the only one as there are many, I’m rating it quite poor.
