This is a family friendly movie. It is not scary except to a 4 yr old and younger. I loved the effects because they are campy now but also the characters and dialogue is over developed to a point it is obviously done on purpose. Underrated and innocent addition to the horror comedy it is like a campfire story anyone can watch and enjoy
