I never leave reviews for shows but I have so many feelings after watching this show--it's so unique and such a delight to watch. The characters are charming but flawed in realistic ways, and it was refreshing to see the evolution in the friendship between the two main characters. I was afraid at first that a lot of the explanations would be gratuitous gotcha moments meant simply to surprise the watcher, but the twists and reveals were executed so well. So many jaw-dropping and laugh out loud moments--genuinely gasped a few times. Even the little details in how social media/texting were portrayed felt super genuine and Gen-Z, which I can't say is true for a lot of shows. It's quirky, camp, hilarious, and gay, and I loved the journey it took me on.
