While the current generation is struggling to keep up with its goals, this book comes handy to them. The first chapter indeed is really close to me. While my parents have always been strict enough to ensure that i would have gone to sleep by 9:30 pm, however ever since the college started, i haven't slept before 12 am. While the life is changing, we all need to ensure to develop some good habits, that keeps us healthy not just physically but also mentally.
Overall a great book, and would definitely recommend everyone to read it!
