I’ve only just begun to crack into BAKES SIMPLE but what I’ve tried so far has been truly wonderful. Most notably, I’ve made the olive oil brioche twice and it’s turned out beautifully both times. It’s made me think Aran really knows what she’s doing with her recipe development. I’m excited to continue through the book!
