Imagine trying to make a comedy that tackles things like childhood trauma, sexual and physical abuse, and PTSD. You can't, and shouldn't. You can't show a child being assulted by a priest, or a child watching their mother die, and expect the audience to go "haha" so wacky. It tries to be a thriller comedy and to no ones surprise, fails at both. It is not good.
I can understand to each their own, everyone has different tastes. However in this case I am confident the 5 star reviews here are bots.
