if you were expecting Anakin to return in the " RISE OF SKYWALKER" and want to be disappointed I suggest you watch this movie if you also like a lot of plot holes and were a fan of the prequels and thought that it would lead up to this movie and make sense then you will be disappointed as well cause none of the movie relates to the prequels and the story does not make sense
