You don't need to see the original to see this. I really needed this movie. I'm going through a tough time as a leader at my org and this movie really hit me. It got me back up on my feet. I almost felt like i was in the shoes of Tom Cruise, he hit home with his acting. Everyone did. It was so good that despite being a few minutes late, and a minor argument broke out at the theatre i was at which caused me a miss a few seconds. I still felt absolutely blown away and almost for got anything happened . I don't know why i prejudized or expected a bad pop movie. I for some reasons didn't like Russel crow and didn't expect too much . Amazing movie and 100000% worth the watch. The pacing, the timing, the storyline, gosh i just finally a loud movie ican't get over how good it was. I was at s loss for modern movies but this movie this movie changed my mind. I'd say i learned a lot from the characters of this movie. I keep adding and refuting and posting and rediting to this review I'm so blown away If you think modern jets don't have exciting fights man will you be wrong. Plus they really were piloting jets for the movie.
