I love true crime. The stories are interesting... But I can't stand the show because of the narrator. She sounds like she went to the Foghorn Leghorn school of diction. Truly trying to adapt an antebellum era accent as if everybody in the south talks like that. I'm from the south. I never hear an accent like that. It just screams "FAKE!!".
If they get a new narrator, I'll probably watch the show again, but for now, I think Dick Wolf slipped on a banana peel this time.
