You need to be in a clear mental state to watch it because it gets infinitely terrifying and someone dark. It’s a dramatic condensed idea of using hallucinogenic drugs and a deprecation tank to try to source God and the beginning of life. The intellect involved are skirting what would be considered a responsible way of testing theory and instead doing whatever they want to seek out a desired outcome. That does not in anyway reflect reality when it comes to psychological study but as far as movies go, it made for a very interesting subject matter.
