im a war vet had some head injuries I don't get out a lot so the games I play on playstation is like my whole world. I don't have much money I have a little girl on the way so when I spend money I want what I paid for joy city 3on3 basketball owe me my money or the product I lost my job cause of virus I almost died from so I can only pay to make my player mediocre but I can't even do that because they won't give the product I already paid for. so I game I really like I can't play because they wont give me my product. And I'm till trying to find out how to get in touch with customer service they make hard and I've seen how they act telling people to be. patient but they penalized me for missing a couple of seconds in a game because sometimes blackout for just a hot second From head injuries Ive. most of them I got playing football. they have the nerve to penelize me why don't u give me what I [paid for u crooks
