I am very disappointed in the report I saw on CBS This Morning. A doctor said that transplant patients who are on immunosuppresants may not get sufficient (or no) antibodies from COVID vaccines. He said you may require an additional vaccine. I am on methotrexate because I have RA and have contacted my rheumatologist, my PCP, the Pennsylvania Health Department and read MANY online articles about this situation. I did get the Pfizer vaccine (2 shots) in February. There is NO definitive answer as to what I should do. Does no one check stories before putting them on the air to see if they have an answer as to how to handle the situation.
