All Disney had to do was shut up, know its place, and focus on producing a compelling story. Instead the company decided to virtue signal and tell the audience they're stupid. Without giving so much away, the plot of Lightyear felt like a ripoff of Top Gun but in space. In fact, I would recommend you spend your hard earned money watching Top Gun: Maverick in theatres, instead. Especially during this economically trying time. Watching this movie flop in the box office WHILE being banned in other countries puts a glimmer in my eyes.
