this movie brings out my happy tears. The Maradini sisters are so innocent and are constantly treated injust, it makes me feel sorry for them but also form a connection to them. Personally, this movie taught me that refugees aren't numbers, they are humans with dreams, memories, careers, opinions and feelings. And not all of them get a happy ending, most don't even cross safely and those who suceed battle adjustment without any documents to a new country. The thought that anyone is all of a sudden forced to leave their much loved country and family behind through a dangerous and ungaranteed journey, where it is also likely that they have inadequate food, water, clothing and money is a horrible situation i wouldn't wish on my enemy. I hope this movie gets recognised, Nathlie and Manal Issa, Ahmed Malek along with Sally El Hossani deserve their efforts and movie to be celebrated

I have been watching El- kiber awy (الكابري اوي) ‘over and over again’ for two years, never got bored. Ahmed Mekky”s wonderful performance, allow you to see all three main characters’ personalities ( El-keeeber, Johnny, Hazaloum). Mekky is my all time fav actor but I was really upset that he only did 5 seasons of El kiber ( I wouldn’t have minded 100 seasons).Hedai, played by Donna Samir Gahnem is also a great character, she has a main role, not to mention how loved all of Doina’s characters are She wasn’t in season 5 as she was filming Lahfa. Of course Hudras ( Johnny best friend) played by Mohamed Sallam, is hands down the funniest one out of them all. I am an Australian and Egyptian fan, and El kiber awy is the only series I know that mixes the Sedai culture with the American culture, which is what I love about it the most. Overall I totally RECOMMEND this series, suitable for all ages available on YouTube. 😍😍😍 HUGE THANKS TO ALL THE PEOPLE TO HELPED MAKE EL KEEBER AWY, IT IS TOTALLY A THE BESTTTT

literally the best and most underrated sitcom ever. The characters are made, each with a different personality that matches them. There is a storyline in every episode which i feel is something really important that most sitcoms miss. It is really funny and the filming quality is amazing. I can't stop rewatching it
