I have never received the book or instructions on how to do the stretching. I did pay the money I only get advertising from this program for other things. Were are the instructions on how to do the exercises. I am very disappointed now when I see the advertising about how great this program is, I laugh. I gave it a one star rating because they are no other choices to pick. I would’ve picked zero.
