DO NOT pick frontier if you have a choice. The worst customer service I’ve ever endured. My mother was placed in a skilled nursing facility and I called to hook up phone service. I gave the address. The day of hook up no one showed up. I called. They had the wrong address. Now we have to wait another 3 days. By the 3rd day, they still had the incorrect address. I called 4 days in a row and they still had the wrong address. Today I had a meltdown with them and now service will be installed next Tuesday. Leaving my mom with no phone for over a week. I’m calling tomorrow to cancel order. We found a cell phone for seniors.
