If you’re looking for a good balance of grounded fantastical fight scenes. Look no further. The ‘Final’ has some of the best, fast, beautifully well shot choreographed fight scenes put on the big screen!
Cinematography was excellent.
Acting was superb. Emotionally moving.
Pacing worked well.
Character development for the primary protagonist and primary antagonist seemed fleshed out.
Also the movie includes surprising (sensical) appearances that get you excited.
As anticipated with theatrical adaptations . The live film direction takes some creative licenses in regards to some story aspects. So I can imagine for some Manga/Anime Rurouni Kenshin fans. There might be some aspects that might not work for you.
Just an impressive live action adaptation movie overall. I recommend seeing prior movies to get a better context of the plot for this movie.
