Pennie Washington

I just watched this movie. I like Elsa Pataky, so I was all in. It’s entertaining, but you have to know going in that it’s cheesy and completely unrealistic. Most of the fighting looked like acting (not seamless or realistic looking), and the cameo by Chris Hemsworth was awful, because it was comedic so it doesn’t fit. Also, it took away from it being an Elsa Pataky movie. I really hope she got the film on her own merits and not because of her husband, because she really is great. Spoiler: I did like that the main character did not give into pressure from the enemy who said they would kill a crew member and also her father. She held her ground, which I appreciate because so many films have people give in to save one person, even if it means millions of others will die.
