My youngest daughter had a friend who died in a school shooting. She was very affected by it. My ex wife and I discussed it with her and with time she has healed. Honestly, I thank God for her and that it didn't happen to her. This movie reminded me of how painful that loss would have been. Heart-rending and challenging to watch, but necessary to bear witness.
