This book has given me great insight on how legends are built. The courage, enthusiasm, mindset and all hard work felt real as I read. The message in this book touched my very soul/core. At some points tears of joy rolled down my cheeks whenever Goggins would succeed after a tough breakdown. His drive has set up a burning desire in me to always seek for more challenges each day, being disciplined, obeying the 40% rule, often embracing my failures and holding myself accountable and finally never ever giving up because there's always a super human in each one of us and we can only discover that by pushing through the pain.
