First time using Greyhound bus lines and likely the last. Upon boarding the driver had me board the wrong bus, stating to take care of the error at the destination. Making a transfer at the wrong station, caused a lay over for 24 hours, of which the station was closed. The next bus had mechanical issues from the moment it departed and was bouncing down the highway and finally stopped for another bus to pickup the passengers. Greyhound staff made no attempt to reach out after multiple travel failures or remedy the problems. Exponentially a disaster at Greyhound.
