Reflecting on the series it seems the plot always involves breakdown of the equipment then the struggle to repair and resume operation to hit hit a self imposed goal and create the drama we are supposed to care about.... When it seems all is lost suddenly a new claim owner is revealed with a new dramatic demands to keep the operation going or a member of the team arrives with all the new equipment they need. Parker,Todd or Rick find new wash plants with astounding timing all the while the producer reminds us that at any moment the season could be over ! Was kind of clever concept in the beginning but in reality just a few minutes of action between commercials and flashbacks. Think the show is running out of "pay" for the viewers!
