This was a long awaited album by the fans of Empire of the Sun and it's an understatement to say it's completely delightful. The band is very consistent in their signature sound, which is reflected in a song such as Changes or Wild world, but they go on further and innovate in it, adding sublime tones and imagery in the videoclips. The band must have been inspired by the 80's synth and disco sounds, as there is no shortage of songs that resemble these styles. Some of the songs even remind me of Luke Steele's previous band, The Sleepy Jackson. Yet another masterpiece into the collection of EOTS.
