Im honestly worried about some of the people reviewing. This movie is 5/5!! though there are flaws and i am aware of that.... it was filmed in the 80's what do you expect? Also, the movie didnt have a large budget. for the budget it had i thought it was very good! all you people that are like "it dosent stay true to the book" are right but nothings perfect. i think everyone fit into their rolls perfectly. now johnny should have been a little more shy... ponyboy was PERFECT. and when i say that, johnny is my favorite charecter so you know im telling the truth. ive read the book and watched the movie ALOT... and yeah.... there are some differences but overall this is the best movie ever made and i 100% recommend this movie to anyone! from Ponyboys accurate emotions, steves rudeness, johnnys innocence, sodas charm, darrys love, cherrys sasiness, two bits silliness, marcias giggles and dallys reckless attitude this movie is perfect! ok love yall!! (ps im only 12 so sorry if this dosent fit your "standards" for a review i tryed my best) byeeeeee!!
