The story that aired tonight about the current state of the Chinese economy was ridiculous. I gained zero new information. Weijian Shan answered Leslie Stahl’s completely innocuous questions so succinctly and brilliantly it was almost embarrassing that the host had even asked them. How was any topic discussed on this broadcast relevant? Was no one from the current US administrator available for comment?
