This film deserves more credit as a modern classic, ok in '86 it was typical of the age, but now looking back its awesome

There's building characters in a ploy, then there's slow. Balance was wrong

If you read the history of Ned Kelly, this is a very real account of his history, and Australian history. We didn't see the trees being cut down by the boy, or the fencing, required to keep the lease, but its real, and a gripping story

An all black western that's totally unrealistic, has no basis in fact or period, the music is just wrong for this story and hey guess what? Black people were oppressed and not guns lingers, check your facts people

Eddie Izzards performance is exemplary and reveals the pressures on the moment in history, thankyou to all for telling this story
