Unprofessional and Frawd!! I would like to share my experience with them. My kid is able to identify 349 flash cards in 13 minutes at age of 2 years 1 month for which we have videos across all categories. I had uploaded all the videos along with required documents. My application was handled by Sangeeta Sinha and I got response in a day saying only 185 Flash cards were considered. On speaking with Sangeeta Sinha, she told they have word limit of 80 so she considered only few. Actually, she considered only 64 words and dint even see all the videos and description uploaded. In call she told, did you upload videos for categories which were not considered. What does it mean? I went on IBR website and found IBR has issued certificate for 140 and more words too. I don't want to highlight them here. Please check IBR website. If I consider all the categories, my kids word count would be just 84 words. I emailed Sangeeta Sinha with all theses details along with IBR website screen shots. With her error being highlighted, she called me and was speaking unprofessionally, she was literally scolding me. I told her to learn to speak with customers then call me. Till date I dint receive any email nor call from them. I have all the call recordings and emails. My question to IBR- 1-IS THIS THE WAY YOU SPEAK WITH CUSTOMERS?? 2- THIS IS HOW YOU EVALUATE KIDS TALENT?
