This play is honestly one of the best Singaporean plays about local politics and censorship. I love how Tan Tarn How involves a false start, and even tricking the audience into believing that actual police have infiltrated the theatre. A masterpiece.

Please its just a movie why are yall so torn up over the religious imagery. The movie itself was somewhat mediocre, the acting was fine, but the plot was too cliched and dry
