Kurup treads a very fine line because of such a controversial topic. Adding the fact that people know the story very well the verdict of the movie really depends on the making quality and thrills. Sadly the film falls short on the latter aspect. While an intriguing bgm, technical richness and character performances back the film the script makes the film far from salvagable. As much as I'd hate to say it, wouldn't recommend a theatre watch.
