Latia Robinson was a terrible Frontier employee and created a terrible experience for us, always frontier faithful flyers. Will NEVER fly with them again after they changed their bag policy to 40 lbs or less, so I paid $5 for an additional 5-10 lbs. she did not honor the purchase and made me pay an additional $50 for SIX POUNDS. RUN FROM FRONTIER AND GO WITH SOUTHWEST - 2 free bags, snacks and drinks. Not to mention staff THAT CARES!!!! Despicable.
