We were so excited to eat a Wahlburgers in Memphis. We'll that turned out not so well. Waitress took our order. After 45 minutes she came back to us to confirm the order. We were confused. We placed this order 45 minutes earlier. And then we seen her entering in our order. We waited 15 more minutes, before getting a supervisor, where she said our order was placed 17 minutes earlier, I said no it was placed an hour ago. Our food came out within 10 minutes. No one offered to comp due to poor service, that was a terrible experience. Food was OK.
