We watch every year on Groundhog Day, even invite people over and make a party of it. The special features on the disc are worth watching. Bill Murray saw all the extras freezing in the cold and decided they deserved some food. He cleaned out the local bakery of danishes and handed them out to the people himself. Legend. Harold Ramis and Bill have been close friends for a long time and apparently had a falling out during the filming of this movie. They didn't speak with each other again until Harold was on his death bed and Bill went to him ASAP to make amends. (Netflix series "The Movies that Made Us" - Ghostbusters episode) Both Harold Ramis and Bill Murray are comedy legends and Chris Elliott's performance is awkwardly perfect. Tobolowsky has an equally unforgettable role. All of the actors in this film were flawless in execution and comedic timing.
