I'm not sure why this game isn't ranked higher, its phenomenal!! I've never had so much fun, this game is everything I've ever wanted in a game. It can be cute and funny at times and equally scary and gory other times. I've laughed and screamed playing this game. I love how much it makes me think as well, problem solving skills are an important aspect of this game. If you like to run around mindlessly pushing buttons and killing stuff this game isn't for you. Yes the directions and help from the game are limited, that's the point!! 10 million years ago these animals didn't have help or direction, they had instincts. At least as humans playing we already know rocks open coconuts, or that drinking water will make you feel better when sick. You don't need the game to tell you that stuff, just experiment with things till you find what works. The game play is very smooth, I've ran into zero glitches. The environment is beautiful, all the details blow my mind! Also, this isn't a game I'm going to beat in two days and never play again like most of the other games I have. In short, this game is worth every penny and I can't wait to see where my next expedition takes me.
