I thoroughly enjoyed this musical; however, after reading one star reviews, I think these folks have a point…several points, actually. I believe those involved were going for a “light-hearted” version of the Story, but miss the Heart of it all - Jesus. If you’re a Christian and you haven’t seen it, all I can say is make sure you know your Bible before you watch it. As Christians, we can’t depend on movies to tell us about Jesus, we must seek His word ourselves. There are some inaccuracies and definitely things that could have been done differently, but I pray that this musical will lead people to search the scriptures and get to know God for who He really is…. Forgiving and loving and everything and all things good! I give it 5 Stars for creativity! It was brilliantly done, just not brilliantly written? Anyway, God bless!
