Truelly a great book to learn from, easy to read and the ingredients are cheap on the pocket. This books taught me to cook all the curries and stews and even rice the proper way. I am good at it now and this was my go to cookbook during covid and still is when I was forced to start learning and cooking for my family. Thank you Cariema for the wonderful recipes
